Insider: My duties as a Project Manager

V~Source Office & Marketing is a Virtual Office & Marketing Firm that I own and operate as a Project Manager.

I founded this firm and brought in over 5 years of experience in Small Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service and Public Relations all as an Entrepreneur. I am very proud of what V~Source has evolved into and am looking forward to where this vision of mine will take this firm.

Duties as a Project Manager for V~Source consistantly requires me to depend on my heavy industry experience.

Project Management duties include:

*Overall management of multiple projects both for the firm and Clients, marketing services to existing & prospective clients.

*Leading and mentoring a successful team of Virtual Marketing Assistants and Media Consultants.

* Evaluating and recommending new marketing opportunities and strategies to Clients after intense research and analysis.

*Administrative & Executive task completion with the assistance of my virtual team in the U.S., Canada & UK.
